International sailing regatta Sails of the white nights. National Congress palace Cup annually takes place in the historical centre of St. Petersburg for a few days during the white nights period. Many yachtsmen from different countries participate in regatta and among the winners of different years there were the representatives of Russia, France, New Zealand and Australia.
