“The National Congress Palace” is a unique State complex which includes 9 developing brands. The ensemble combines the functions of a State residence, business-centre and historical and cultural reserve. The main aim of our work is organising and running Meetings, conferences and other special events with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and foreign delegations according to the decisions of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
Konstantin palace is surrounded by the beautiful Lower and Upper parks which total area is over 200 hectares. The Lower park is one of the first Russian parks designed in French regular style. The Upper park is designed in English manner and is adorned with pavilions, sculptures and a flower garden. The parks of the palace provide a rare opportunity to see the amazing draw bridges and to feel the unique atmosphere of St. Petersburg. The fountains beaten out by the talented craftsmen in a shape of roses, lilies, lilies of the valley and tulips are integrated into the park’s baroque space.
