The grounds of the State Complex “The National Congress palace” can astonish even the most exacting guests!

Magnificent Konstantin palace, a revived historical and architectural monument of the XVIIIth century, the former residence of Grand dukes of the House of Romanovs, is the architectural dominant of the Complex. The palace is surrounded by canals and parks and is decorated with inimitable ensemble of fountains, draw bridges and beautiful rosary. Main halls of the palace are filled with history and equipped with the modern technical means at the same time.

The integral part of the Complex is “Baltic Star hotel” - a five star business hotel consisted of 106 rooms of different categories and the villas of the “Consular village”. During the events of a State level the heads of the states live exactly in these villas. “Baltic Star” hotel offers 5 conference-halls with various capacity and 2 restaurants, one of which has a terrace with a park view.

The Negotiations pavilion which is a perfect place for the small meetings is located on the Petrovsky island. Beautiful panorama of the Konstantin palace opens from the ground by the Negotiations pavilion that makes it a perfect place for holding solemn ceremonies, cocktails and photo shootings on the open air. The Lower and the Upper parks are both picturesque grounds with fountains, rosaries and the Gulf.

On the shore by the Gulf you can see two modern building which are the Conference centre and The Marina pavilion. In the Conference centre one can find the “Yacht-club”, a two-level restaurant with a view, conference hall rising in a semicircle and executive premises. This centre is a perfect place for holding conferences, exhibitions and business meetings. The Marina pavilion is intended for big events with a large amount of participants. Total area of the pavilion is 1250 sq.m. and it’s capacity is up to 800 persons.

Outside the territory of the Complex in the water area of the Gulf of Finland you can find “Fort Alexander”, a unique historical object which has no equals in the whole world. You can just dream of arranging a festival, concert, teambuilding or shooting a movie in a castle amid the sea or make it true in the “Fort Alexander”.
